Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the item. Shipping charges are not refundable.
All returns and exchanges are subject to quality approval from My Fab Fit warehouse. To qualify for return or exchange, items must be received in our warehouse within 14 days of receipt in the following conditions:
• The item must be new, unused, unwashed.
• Items must be unworn, with all tags still attached shipping back in their original packaging.
• Items must be free of scents and marks. We kindly suggest that you do not have on perfume or deodorant when trying on garments.
• Any garment returned used, soiled or washed will not be eligible for return and will be shipped back to you.
• We can accept exchanges between sizes, but they are subject to availability.
All returns are inspected. With no exceptions, no returns will be accepted or store credit applied for any returned item that is torn, has been worn, shows dirt or make-up, any smells, original tags removed or out of the original packaging, etc.
RETURN SHIPPING IS COVERED BY CUSTOMER.
Although not mandatory, we recommend returning these items with tracking as our warehouse must confirm receipt of the item before an exchange or refund can be processed. We exchange for free. The maximum number of free exchanges per order is 2, that means we pay to ship the exchanged item(s) to you. Any additional exchange will be billed at a rate of $9.95 per order. Please allow up to 7 business days from our receipt of item to process the exchange.
Typical processing time for refunds is 3-5 business days from the time your package arrives at our warehouse. All returned or unclaimed orders will be credited to the original card used for purchasing. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For health reasons some of the items sold on our site ( bras and panties) are considered “final sale” which means we are unable to accept them for return or exchange. Final sale items are always noted in their respective pages and you will always be informed when a final sale item is in your shopping bag prior to starting the checkout process. Items in the Clearance category are considered final sale.
Free gifts and promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Discount coupons or vouchers are not valid on clearance items.
In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item or receive the wrong item please contact us immediately.
